How to Disable an Opponent of any Body Type

Hello, everybody! I seem to have a lack of How-To posts lately, so I am answering a question I got on how to disable an opponent of well, any shape or size.

I gotta say, I might not be able to say how a certain type could be disabled by a certain person- I mean, we're all different, too. So it involves a bit of you Mastermindedness, too, to know your strengths, weaknesses, and abilities.
NORMAL: Strength, Mobility. Weakness, depends on their opponent (you!!)
Okay, is there a body type that's "NORMAL"? Not really. So I should probably say average. 5'7, toned, maybe somewhere around 140-50 lbs? Anyway, it could go a bit taller, shorter, bigger, smaller, you get the idea.
Of, course, if you have watched any good comedy movies you know that a male's weakness is a hard kick (or hit with any object) to the groin. I solemnly swear by that. Actually, that rule will got for just about ANY male of any body type, (unless they are too muscular and huge to get within two feet of him.) Other moves for average opponents are tripping (might not work,) head shots (if you are within good enough reach,) and, if they seem to have slim wrists or ankles, TOTALLY go for snapping those. Actually, if you land a hard enough kick or hit to someone's ankle, it will greatly disadvantage them in the rest of the fight, and restrict their mobility. (Remember? That's their strength. Take it down first, if you can, use the weakness to do it.) Now moving on.

Obese/Fat: Strength, size. Weakness, limited mobility.
Okay, so you're opponent is rather large. Quoting Foofoo, "They can't seem to even feel it through all the blubber!" Though that wasn't the kindest way to phrase it-I really do not think it is even the case. I mean, we all have some blubber somewhere, right? If you poke yourself there hard enough, it hurts like heck. But other than the usual ways described above, an effective way are using fire (torch, coals, hot stuff.) But the best way I think is this. Run around in circles as fast as you can around the opponent. If they aren't aware of what you're doing, they may spin around trying to follow you, but you will prob be going too fast for them to catch you. If you do that, they'll get dizzy and disoriented and this is when you attack. Attack from above, if possible, they may have more trouble raising their arms. ;) But don't make fat jokes, that is unnecassary.

Muscular/Large (Male): Strength, well, strength and speed. Weaknesses, yeah, not really.
Uh oh. This guy is big, overpowering, and jacked. There weren't any weaknesses that were bad enough to use. All you can think is "Omigawd, I am gonna die." Not yet. This one deff take some major skill, and creativity on your part. Can't hand this one over to you. All I have to say is-Go for the feet/ankles. It takes them longer to reach down.

That's all for today...COMING SOON: How to Fight Using your Body Type

Thank-you for posting that... it also helps to have some training in almost any martial art form. Then you can really do some serious damage. Good advice, though!

Incredibly useful, IM. I shall keep this in mind the next time I'm attacked or something. But the running around in circles while fighting a large person, not to be mean, totally works.

Wow! Thanks you guys!

To anonymous:
I can unserstand how anyone may be offended by that. What I meant was that sometimes a very overwieght person may not be able to move quite as fast. It was a broad generalization and I know that it is not always true. :) I never mean to offend anybody (Why would I want to?)
